<p>Hello!</p>
<p>To change your notification settings, go to "My Profile." Then choose "Settings." Here you will be presented with a series of options: General-Email-Password-Notifications-Mobile.</p>
<p>Choose "Notifications." Here you will see a table of events with columns for Newsfeed, Email and SMS. To quit receiving e-mail for an event (such as when a buddy has a new buddy) uncheck the box in the Email column. You can opt out of or add e-mail for any of the events listed.</p>
