How did you pick your animals name?

Mine was easy, Nubby was born with a tiny stub of a tail. She just has a nub there. So she is nubby. I know, creative right?

I had Tucker named before I ever had him. Years before. I wanted a Golden Retriever named Tucker since I was 13.

My dog - Riley - got his name from a friends dog. My daughter and I had been trying to come up with the perfect name....and heard what my friend had named hers and thought it was perfect :)

When I was born, my parents had four dogs. One of them was named Heidi, and she was a dachshund. My mom loved her like a daughter, so when I got my dachshund, I thought it would be nice to do my mom a favor and name her Heidi. Plus, the name suits my pup pretty well.

Daisy was already named when [I] got her. She was a rescue and had too many issues already to deal with changing her name, We just rescued a feral kitten though; he's maybe 5 weeks old. The only thing we had to feed him for the first few hours was the broth from Ramen noodles. He was so hungry he tried to lap it up. So we thought Ramen would be a good name.
