<p>I am sickened by the thought of the pain poor Chai has undergone. I didn't even try to watch the first video; I knew it would never leave my thoughts all day.</p>
<p>This whole story is very disturbing. I buy toys all the time for all of my friends' pets. I won't be purchasing Four Paws any more. Whatsmore, I will be informing every store manager of the danger of this toy, and the company's callous response to Chai's parents' complaint.</p>
<p>I'm off now to email everyone on my list, and post this link on every forum I can.</p>

<p>Four Paws is playing it off a manufacturing mistake.&nbsp; It is a design problem by not having the second hole to stop the vacuum&nbsp;caused when&nbsp;the dog bites down on the ball.&nbsp; Changing the packaging so consumers can look for defects isn't going to help.&nbsp; It just takes the appearance of blame from Four Paws and pushes it on the manufacturer who made the toy to Four Paw's specifications.</p>
