Can anyone tell me if this is a new system that is still being set up? I have tried to post a welcome bulletin in the Chihuahua Group and it is not posting (yes my Java is enabled). I have also tried to send an email to a person whom I have already sent emails back and forth and now it wont let me. Does anyone have any information on how to deal with either of these issues?

<p>Hello... can anyone tell me if the messaging system is working? It seems to let me send the messages now but, I have not gotten any messages even from people who I have asked to please reply so we will know if it is working.</p>
