I have a cat that has problems with Hairballs. What is the best hairball food to get?

We have had a Siamese (sp?) Cat who has been prone to digestive blockages caused by hairballs... In 12 years we have tried many products which claim to help... (a regular supply of hairball remedy made by Hearts seemed to offer the best relief) ... we tried a new brand of food back when it was in the news everywhere that several brands of food where in fact poisoned and causing renal failure... and funny thing is the hairball problem seemed to go away. We are now using Dick Van Pattons Natural Balance Formulas for our Senior Cat... I am not sure which formula you would need as I do not know the age of your can but, it's worth a try... I do not know why it works... only that it has worked for us for a year and a half of no hairballs.

Good Luck. Hope this helps.
